The month of August has come to an end which was extremely hectic!With 5 to 8 persons a day fishing,either day or night trips with most clients catching a fish and sometimes their PBS!We had the pleasure of Tony Davies-Patrick company,fishing and filming DVD 2,which was great and we uncovered a new and exciting venue on the island,watch this space in the next comming months!Mr Steve Briggs joined us for a weeks holiday and fishing,that was amazing and thanks for the article in carptalk,looking forward to our next meeting!We had sky tv over for a days filming ,where we were lucky enough to catch 3 carp to 35lb! the premier for this is sat 10sep 11 at 630pm sky 284 Holiday/cruise channel and some great news its also going to be shown now on Freesat on channels 166 201 202 205,DREAM ISLANDS ON THE CANARIES...look out for that one,its really funny!!!
We are now in september and the diary is full again,lots of old and new clients day trips,24hrs and holidays ths month.
We have just been to England and attended the BIGFISHTV 2011 EVENT at Linford lakes,Milton Keynes,where we gave the winners (Individual baits-steamies) our prize of a holiday for 2 fishing at our exclusive lakeside resort for next year,that was a brilliant day with Scott Maslen (EASTENEDERS) presenting the prizes.We had our stand with the NASH team,our flyer girls ,Simon Bater and Jon Mccalister with us all day.Welldone to Dom Morgan and Chris from Mr Baits for putting on a good show.Jon Mccalister is now with us on Gran Canaria,dont know how long for?but he is fishing and having a well deserved break..All clients so far for the start of the month with fish!

We have had another busy 2 weeks with day and night trips with clients with some great catches to 30lb for some of our younger clients.Tony Davies Patrick was with us for 2 weeks filming his 2nd DVD ,so look out for that one very soon and in the next few months a fantastic article on his lasts 2 trips on Gran Canaria.As he left we had an amazing man from the carpworld arrive and that was Mr Steve Briggs,and we had great fun and some great fishing in the week that he was here and we remembered our Dartford lake days!Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed his company and his fishing experiences,again look out for the article later on this year.
Dont forget we will be attending the BIGFISH.TV EVENT AT LINFORD LAKES 03SEP MILTON KEYNES,with the NASH team,Scott MASLEM from Eastenders,Simon Bater,Mr Jon Macilister and our Steve Briggs,a fantastic event all for a great cause,so if you live nearby ,come on down!!!
The 18th Aug tommorrow and we are filming with sky tv for the next 2 days for a 6 part series called Dream Holidays,looking forward to that one,and then next week Mr Jon Macilister will be jetting in for a weeks holiday with some fishing....amongst our day trip clients and holidays,what can I say but BUSY BUSY BUSY!!

The month of July has beed another busy month with day trips,night trips and holiday clients with lots of fish had by all,some days more difficult than others.Our trips have been starting at 2 to 3pm in the afternoon and we have been getting back at about 11pm-midnight ,all for a fish!!But thats we want for all our clients to have an amazing day and fishing experience with us!We would like to say a big thankyou to Bob and to Paul,who have been helping us with the day trips,as I wouldnt have manged them without you!!
The fish sizes have been anything from 15lb upwards to 46lb,with plenty of 20s and 30s as you can see by our photos.
The last 2 weeks we have been fishing and filming at the many lakes on the island with Tony Davies-Patrick and we have had quite a few fish...all to be revealed very soon!
Some great news Steve Briggs will be with us in the next couple of weeks for some fishing and fun! and also we will be filming a new series for SKYTV.Cant wait for that one!!
All we need now is the boat to arrive,as again we are heavily booked for august and september...

Its still hot hot hot on Gran Canaria and our day trips are now leaving later in the day due to the heat and the fish feeding times!We have had a busy couple of weeks with clients everyday,with fish to 28lb at the moment.All photos will be updated on the main website and our latest photos will be on this BLOG.
The Globetrotter (Tony Davies-Patrick) will be returning for his 2nd trip with us,Steve Briggs is joing us for a fun filled fishing week in August and my good friend Jon Macclister will be arriving very soon for a couple of weeks of fishing and holiday...cant wait for these!!
Dont forget we are joining THEBIGFISH.TV event on September 3rd at Linford Lakes Milton Keynes with our own stand alongside NASH and our prize giveaway will be presented by Scott Maslen,this is one of the biggest fishing events of the year and all in the aid of charity!!
Our holidays have really taken off this year with lots of happy clients and plenty of fish,so get in quick as we are really busy every month this year!!

We are now on the 11June,and are having some great weather here on Gran Canaria,up in the 80s on the coast and 90s in the mountains!Lots of BBQS and plenty of flowing beer and great fishing at our lakeside resort with happy holiday clients and day trippers.We have had some fantastic fish out to 46lb which was to Jamie,our day trips have had fish to 32lb,The boys from Tenerife had a 2 night session with their PBS of 35 and 22lb, and they will return in November.Another Jamie had 3fish on his 24hr trip 16 24 and 28lb .Our VIPS from Thomas cook had a few fish to 22lb,all in all everyone happy!!
The next few weeks are busy busy busy,we have a new 6 person boat arriving,so we can access all areas a lot more easier,lots more Nash Tackle,some interesting guests and great friends arriving to enjoy some fishing with us!So bring on the summer and to lots of carp!!!

Another great week with clients and our holiday guests,with an amazing 24hr trip for James and his girlfriend with his PB of 46lb!!!and several 20s and 30s a very happy man....Our day trippers all had fish this week with a mixture of fish from 20s t0 30s.Our holiday client Geoff with 3 fish in one of his nights to 29lb.The fish sizes seem to be getting bigger,and we are having great weather conditions into the 90s!!All in all everybody happy,lots of fish and great new friends and happy clients!!All had on the NASH setup and bait............Another busy week ahead with more holiday clients staying at the lakeside apartments......untill next time Dave and the team..please take a look at the slideshow for latest photos...

Last week the weather changed and the temperature dropped to 13degrees,with rain and cold wind,so fishing became difficult again,but our holiday client Paul managed a beautiful 44lb carp, a very happy man!Alan Blair from Nash arrived on thursday with his girlfriend Chloe and started fishing on friday and he has had several fish,with a European PB of 44lb 8oz,welldone to all our clients.

OUR VIPS SCOTT MASLEN "EASTENDERS" AND SIMON BATER ENDED THEIR WEEK ON 41 FISH!!BIGGEST TO SIMON AT 41LB AND SCOTT BEAT HIS PB AT 35LB,WITH OVER 15 UPPER 30S,PLENTY OF UPPER 20S,THEY HAD AN AMAZING WEEK.ALSO ALL OUR DAY TRIP CLIENTS,AND 24HR TRIP CLIENTS ALL HAD FISH.YESTERDAY OUR DAY TRIP CLIENTS HAD FISH TO 37LB AND OUR NIGHT TRIP CLIENT JASON HAD FISH TO 32LB!!

Last weeks fishing with clients,was another great week with our day trip clients having many fish to 28lb,our Tom ended his fishing week with his biggest fish of 39lb and he also had a 34lb!Plenty of fish being caught and the weathers is in the 90s!!

OUR VIP CLIENTS ARRIVED SATURDAY SCOTT MASLEN"EASTENDERS" AND SIMON BATER X UK CARP RECORD HOLDER,NOT 12HRS ON THE ISLAND AND SCOTT HAD HIS PB FISH A 35LB AND SIMON WITH A 25LB ON A DOUBLE HOOKUP!!FANTASTIC.....TUESDAY NIGHTS CATCH 5 FISH ALL UPPER 30S!

It was a Fantastic last couple of weeks for March, with a great start to April.

Dave had an amazing session on a new Nash bait that he has been testing out and had great results with 15 carp to 39lb! See the photos for yourself! Our German holiday guests are having a few fish in the days and the nights, with the biggest so far being a 32lb mirror carp.

Our Danish trio of day trippers had fish on their day trip with us up to 28lb, and liked it so much that they came back for more!

On their 2nd trip, they had more fish to 24lb! Also Rob had an amazing session with 7 fish to 28lb. Tom our regular holiday client has just had his 1st fish of the week a 22lb mirror.

The weather has now changed with hot sunny days and the evenings getting much warmer, and the fishing is getting better and better every day. It's great to see everyone enjoying their day trips with us, and seeing the happy smiley faces with a carp on the bank!

Not long now for the arrival of Nash, and of course our Mr Tony Davies-Patrick,who is coming back to film part 2 of his DVD; we cant wait for that!

Barry our regular holiday client caught a low double early in the daytime, and then followed by his PB a fantastic 40lb mirror; which I think Dave had at 37lb earlier in the year - so the fish are growing well!

Dave also caught  a nice brace of fish, including a lovely 28lb mirror, again as always, caught on the Nash Robin Red & Scopex Squid.
We are still having very changeable weather, with wet cold and windy days with temperatures around75degrees, but we hope it will soon return to our normal warm days with glorious sunshine!

Mark with an very long and hard-fighting 34lb mirror carp

Still hard fishing with crazy weather conditions, cold winds in between blazing hot sunshine! Mark and Dan finished their week off with a 38lb and a 33lb. Our day tripper Dave had a 23lb, who is recovering from a recent stroke and getting much better, well done! A mid 20lb to Mark from Hastings and our couple from Holland, who had a great week,  still waiting for their photos! Most fish coming either early morning or late in the evening, as always, on the Nash.

Dave Beecham with a recent beautiful 38lb mirror carp from Lake Chira, Gran Canaria...caught on Nashbait.

The last 2 months have been difficult fishing with the temperatures at night falling to 0 deg.C with very unsettled days of rain with cold winds. Now that February is out the way, the weather seems to be changing, but we have still managed some good fish with the biggest being a 41lb mirror, along with a 38lb and a good few 20lb+ fish.
Our lakeside apartments have been busy through the month of Feb, with fish being caught, but certain weeks a bit of a struggle due to the weather - but most clients caught and had a lot of fun! The last 2 days  23/24 Feb, the fishing has took a turn for the best with 4 fish to 34lb for Mark and Dan his son, who are on a weeks fishing holiday and sightseeing - and are having  a great time!
